How is price decided?

Cleanology Solutions offers per hour pricing. We promise no pricing games.  

 

Can Cleanology Solutions help out on the weekends?

Give Cleanology Solutions a call.  We will be glad to clean with you or do the whole job. This service is based on availability. Call in advance to guarantee availability.

How will our communication relationship work?

Cleanology Solutions believes open communication is the key ingredient to a happy business partnership. It is always great for you to leave us a note. Words like: "Don't Forget" or "Needs More Work," will help us make the necessary improvements to keep you satisfied. We also appreciate a positive word. In case you don't feel totally satisfied with the work done for you, please call the office and the appropriate actions will be taken to obtain your satisfaction.

 

Do I need to buy cleaning supplies?

Cleanology Solutions does have all of our own supplies. If you have a special product left out for us, we will be happy to use it.

 

What do I need to do before Cleanology Solutions arrives?

Just do a light pickup the night before.  Remove any items you do not want touched.

 

What if an item in my home is accidentally damaged?

Cleanology Solutions is an insured company. Even though we take every precaution, accidents may happen. We ask in advance that you point out any cracked, broken, valuable, or irreplaceable items in your home. It is important to know where we need to use extra caution. If an item is damaged during the cleaning we will replace, reimburse, or file a claim on the item.

Do I have to be home when the cleaners come?

There are several options to give Cleanology Solutions entrance into your home. We want you to feel comfortable and understand if you choose to stay or if you have other things you need to do. In fact most of our customers are unable to stay and choose to hide a key or let us have a copy.

What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?

Cleanology Solutions will check schedules in advance. Cleanology Solutions will have someone call or email you to find out if you would like to change your cleaning day that week or what options work best for you.

 

What if I need to cancel or change my schedule?

We ask that you contact us by noon the previous work day.
